Sue is a social worker, counsellor and psychotherapist with 35 years’ experience supporting teenagers and adults. 

Sue brings warmth and humour to her work with clients and has a gentle and empathic approach. She aims to create an environment where you will feel heard and supported.

She has worked in schools, community health centres, with newly arrived migrants and refugees and in Alcohol and other drug services.

Sue can support you if you are experiencing, or have experienced: 

  • Grief and loss

  • Life transitions 

  • Relationship concerns 

  • Trauma

  • Anxiety 

  • Lack of confidence

  • Concerns and challenges as a carer and or parent 

Sue draws on a range of counselling models to support her clients and has qualifications in social work, gestalt therapy and the Internal family systems approach She also draws on her training in meditation. She is flexible and is led by the client’s needs in her counselling approach.

Sue is available at Kyneton for in-person sessions on Monday and Thursday late afternoons and evenings, and some Saturdays. She is also available for telehealth at some other times.
