Julia has been registered as a psychologist since 1995 and since this time has worked in a range of capacities in the across the profession. In 2011 she returned to work in counselling, the area of psychological practice about which she is most passionate. With a caring and empathetic approach, Julia strives to create an environment in which challenges can be safely explored. She draws on a range of evidence based therapies to tailor her approach to suit the needs of each person; working alongside them to enhance awareness, strengthen well being and facilitate positive change.
